At Barton Home Inspections, PPLC the safety of our clients, agents, employees, and the home occupants are of great importance to us. We take extra steps and precautions to avoid negatively impacting the health and safety of others or ourselves.

While on-site, our employees take these steps to help maintain a sanitary environment in homes:

• Wash hands multiple times as needed, especially after touching faucets and door handles
• If available, use disinfectant wipes on faucets and door handles
• Avoid shaking hands or contact with attending persons
• Employees with symptoms of COVID-19 will not attend inspections and will voluntarily quarantine (fever, cough, difficulty breathing, etc.

We recommend that our clients and buyer’s agents attend the home inspection, if available. During the inspection, Barton will abide by CDC regulations by wearing a face covering and social distancing when applicable.
